Delivery & Shipping

What are your delivery options?

Orders below $80 is subjected to a delivery fee of SGD$4.

Orders above $80 will enjoy complimentary shipping services.

We target to deliver your orders within 3-5 working days. Please take note, all orders will only be processed and delivered on weekdays. Any orders made after 6PM on Friday will only be processed on the following Monday.

We do not deliver to: All military camps & bases, Surrounding islands, Jurong Island and Changi Cargo Complex.

We highly recommend contacting us prior to placing an order if you have any questions or doubts. We'd be happy to clarify any enquiries you may have!

Shipping to Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia will be at a flat rate of $12.

Am I able to pick up my online orders in store?

Simply choose the option for self-pick up upon check out. You can expect to receive an email to pick up your parcel within 3 to 5 working days.

We don't offer same day pick up for orders unless we have them in store. DM us on IG @thekattandco if you need your items urgently. We can't guarantee that you'll be able to pick up on the same day.

I have problems tracking my order!

The courier usually takes up to 2 working days to update and register the shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working, please email us at info@thekattandco.com or DM us on IG @thekattandco as soon as you can. We will assist you from there!

Am I able to make reservations for the pieces I want?

We apologise as our inventory is small, all products are on a first come first serve basis!

Keep yourself updated on upcoming launches or restocks by following us on IG @thekattandco & sign up for our mailing list at the footer!

I received the wrong item or wrong size. What can I do about it?

We apologise for the human error! Please email us at info@thekattandco.com and let us know your order number. We will rectify the issue immediately.

Can I cancel my order?

If you’ve placed an order and decided to change or edit it, please email us at info@thekattandco.com as soon as possible with your order number and we will do our best to help!

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Exchange and returns to be made within 7 days from purchase date (subject to stocks availability). All products must be returned in their original packaging,  unused and in a sellable condition. For a smoother transaction, please include all printed email receipts together with your returns.

Can I return or exchange sale items?

Items that received a discount for defects or were purchased during markdown sales will not be valid for returns or exchanges.

We suggest that you come in store to try and check the sale items that you intend to purchase!

How can I exchange or return my items?

Bring your items and prepare your order number for a faster and easier process.

Exchanges can be done for items of the same value or higher. If you've opted for an item with a higher value, you will have to top up the remaining amount.

Products

What are the care instructions for my items?

To care for them, turn them inside out and place them in a garment bag separately.

Machine wash and tumble dry at a low-heat cycle setting.

Iron at medium heat (190 °C). Steaming with a garment steamer is preffered.

Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

I received a defective product. What should I do?

We apologise for this! Please email us immediately at info@thekattandco.com and we will assist you from there.

Gift Cards

Do you sell Gift Cards?

We do and for now we only have E-Gift Cards.

You may purchase our E-Gift Cards here

Our Gift Cards are available in denominations of SGD20, SGD50, SGD100 and SGD200, and are valid for one (1) year from date of issue.

Can my Gift card be topped up?

We cannot top up your existing gift cards. You can purchase new gift cards if yours has been fully utilised.

Can I exchange the amount in my Gift Card for cash?

The gift card is not legal tender and cannot be deposited into any bank account or be exchanged for cash. Any unutilised value is not refundable.

How can I check the amount left in my Gift Card?

If you've added your gift card into your Apple wallet, you'll be able to see the remaining value there.

If you’re on thekattandco.com, you may head to the check out page and key in your unique gift code into the ‘Gift Card’ field. The remaining amount will appear.

If you're at the Katt & Co store, you may ask our retail team to check the remaining amount for you by providing your unique gift code found in the email.

What can I do with the points I earned? Where can I check the balance?

The points collected can be exchanged for vouchers.

Every 100 #KattKlan points entitle you to $1 off Katt & Co products - which means the more points you collect, the more $$ off you can enjoy.

Your points will be reflected on the Rewards pop-up window on the bottom right corner of your screen once you've logged in.

What happens to my points if i return my items?

If you return items from a purchase made, points will be deducted for returned items.
